Brief Introduction:
This course is designed for those who have been given / or bought a Digital Camera, either a Compact or D-SLR (Digital - Single Lens Reflex) and would like to get the best out of it.
Additionally the course will help you with the ‘Post Production’ - What to do after the pictures are taken.
What to Bring:
•Your camera - make sense!!
•Any accessories you have for your Camera.
•Camera Instruction Manual - if possible.
•Camera batteries charged - some people forget!
•No need to bring a laptop

10. Memory Cards - what to buy and consider
11. Batteries - Care and considerations.
12. Photography – Composition / Photographing People / Lines of Interest / Angles / Approach etc
13. Flash Use - Taking Advantage of and Controlling your Flash
14. Lenses – Types - Wide Angle / Telephoto / Macro / Zooms
15. Camera Handling

Suggested Computer Software - Not required for the Course
Windows: Google Photos (used to be ‘PICASA’)
Apple Mac: - ‘Photos’ (part of the Apple supplied software)
For the more adventurous:
Adobe Photoshop Elements - (for Mac and PC) - or Adobe Creative Cloud @ $12.99 AUS per month , or (cheaper but very powerful)
Affinity Photo (for Mac and Windows)... Another to consider is Picktorial - Mac only - but does manage files (like LightRoom) with powerful editing.
If not already done - DO NOT LOAD the Cameras Software to your computer (you don’t need it for most computers)
The Instructor:
Kingsley Klau is a Professional Photographer who has over 15 years in the photography teaching arena.
He is is a fully accredited AIPP photographer and is very clubs supportive. He is the President of the WAPF, and the Club Founder - Vice President of the Rockingham Photography Club. He also teaches for Nikon Australia, Shoot Photography in Perth and conducts photo trips.
He enjoys the fellowship of photography and taking photos on an international scale.

Content of the 1-on-1 can be anything from within this content - but then tailored to your personal requirements.
